The best-stocked kitchen guests can remember.
A real cook's room, with the sea over the sink.
The kitchen is the room guests single out in review after review: a full chef's setup with a big island, a proper range and oven, two refrigerators, an ice maker, and a farmhouse sink under a window that looks straight out at the water. It is stocked the way a home kitchen is stocked — not the two dull knives and one warped pan of most rentals.
“The best-stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rented house,” wrote one guest — a sentence that has a lot of rented houses behind it. Another kept it shorter: “the large kitchen” made the stay.
Cook it yourself, or don't: the villa's concierge can arrange a private chef for a night or the whole week, and provisioning so the refrigerators are full before you land.

Where the group ends up standing.
The blue-painted island is the kitchen's anchor — prep surface, breakfast bar, and the place half the group leans while the other half cooks. The dining table waits under the beamed ceiling a few steps away, and the outdoor kitchen takes over when dinner moves to the deck.

Dishes with a view attached.
The farmhouse sink faces its own window over the water — the rare kitchen chore with a horizon. Morning coffee happens here before the deck takes over.
“Completely renovated inside and out with the best-stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rented house. High point is the pool deck area. Unbelievable views.”Timothy Moran · March 2026
“A gorgeous home with an amazing view. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. Combine the large patio, pool, outdoor kitchen and its own beach, and this property will not disappoint.”Dave · March 2026
