Feeding twelve people for a week takes logistics, and St. Croix's grocery bench is better than most islands': two full-size Plaza Extra supermarkets, a warehouse club with no membership fee, and a genuine gourmet market for the good cheese. The smartest move is to skip the first shop entirely — have the concierge provision the villa before you land.
Note for app-dependent travelers: the mainland delivery apps don't serve the island. IsleAtDelivery is the local answer, and villa provisioning is the better one.
