The house

The Cerulean is a five-bedroom estate: four bedrooms in the main house, most opening to the sea, plus a separate one-bedroom guest cottage a few steps away with its own kitchen and living room. A spiral stair in the cottage climbs to a loft with a sixth bed. Altogether it sleeps twelve — comfortably, with everyone getting their own space.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The interior was recently renovated throughout, with vaulted, beamed ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and doors that open onto covered verandas on both levels.

Steps from the main house, the cottage has its own kitchen, living room and bedroom — good for grandparents, teens, or a couple who want their own door.
The loft

A spiral stair in the cottage climbs to a loft with an extra bed — the reason the villa comfortably sleeps twelve.
The great room
Where everyone ends up.
The main living space runs under a high, beamed ceiling and opens through French doors to the veranda and the sea beyond. There's a sectional big enough for the whole group, a dining table that seats everyone, and enough room that the cooks and the loungers aren't in each other's way.
The kitchen
The one guests keep mentioning.
A full chef's kitchen with an island, a proper range, two refrigerators, and a window over the sink that looks out to the water. It's stocked well enough that guests who've cooked in a lot of rentals still single it out — and if you'd rather not cook, a private chef can.
The bedrooms
Wake up to the water.
Bedrooms are calm and uncluttered, most with an ocean view and all with their own bathroom. Because the villa faces east, mornings begin with sunrise over the sea — the detail returning guests remember first.
